Ladies and genetleman, that is what failure looks like >>>
Most people view the word "failure" as a bad thing. No one wants to fail, let's be honest. But, maybe that's been the problem all along. People aren't failing enough. People need to embrace failure (especially if they want more muscle) Now this doesn't just apply to fitness, but that's for a different time. You see when you are in your comfort zone, you don't make any real progress. Imagine you are learning to drive a car: On the first few lessons, you're on quiet roads practising the clutch and the gears. And then, for the next 10 lessons you never leave a 30 mph road and never see a busy road. If that happened, would you ever learn to drive? Absolutely Not! You're probably wondering "Why is he talking about driving and building muscle in the same post?" That's because your muscles are exactly the same. They won't improve until they get uncomfortable and on those fast 70 roads. If your muscles get pushed past their limit, their only option is to grow. That's what they are meant to do. They are meant to help you out. Once you start training to failure and look like highly Underrated Mike Mentzer in the picture, only then will your muscles grow massive! Embrace the pain!
